About Me
Hi! My name is Rebekah and you just met your biggest fan! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Minnesota. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work through the University of Minnesota Duluth, I also have a bachelor's degree in psychology and early childhood development. I have worked in mental health for over 7 years; in those 7 years I have worked in outpatient mental health therapy, a partial hospitalization program, and an intensive day treatment program. I work with clients of all ages (children as young as 4 up to adults of various ages). I have trainings in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Early Childhood, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I have a passion for helping individuals cope with and treat anxiety, OCD, mamas who are experiencing postpartum struggles, trauma, behavioral concerns, family dynamics, setting healthy boundaries, and relationship distress. If you are looking for someone who will laugh through sessions with you, hype you up, and get serious when it's needed then I am your girl. Outside of sessions you will find me snuggled up with my littles and watching Disney movies. You may also find me being pulled around by one of my three dogs (Collie, German Shepherd, and Great Pyrnees) on various trails in the area. Or if I am able to actually have alone time, binging some garbage TV or trying to learn how to make the best bread.
