Rebekah Pridgeon, MA, LPC
Preferred Name: Rebekah
About Me
I earned my Bachelors in Psychology from Texas A&M and my Masters in Counseling from Saint Edward’s University. In between those two degrees, I had a successful career in corporate America. During my former career, I honed my skills in working with a vast array of people across many different walks of life and cultures to build teams, solve problems, and nurture relationships. When I decided it was time to put all of my effort into specifically helping people heal, I left my career to focus on becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. My diverse experience and training includes working with children, teens, adults, and families with presenting concerns of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work from a belief that the brain, body, and relationships are how we heal.
