About Me

Reena is an EMDR Consultant-in-Training and trauma-focused psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting adults and adolescents living with complex trauma, anxiety, and attachment-related difficulties. She is known for her warm, grounded presence and her ability to create a sense of safety and clarity even when the work feels complex or overwhelming. Her clinical work integrates EMDR, Progressive Counting, Flash, and Transactional Analysis, allowing her to adapt the pace and depth of trauma processing to each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. Reena has a particular interest in how early relational experiences shape current patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating, and she uses this lens to bring insight and coherence to clients’ stories. As a Consultant-in-Training, Reena brings her commitment to thoughtful, ethical practice and a passion for ongoing learning to the therapists she supports.
