About Me
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I'm a queer, mixed, Arab woman dedicated to providing LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming trauma therapy. I weave together training in EMDR, parts work/IFS, and relational psychodynamic therapy to offer care that creates deep shifts from within. Sessions together are guided by warmth, collaboration, and creativity. Colleagues have described my approach as gentle yet direct. My intention is to cultivate trusting relationships with my clients that lead to embodied growth and change.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master's of Social Work from Columbia University where I completed internship hours working alongside young children and their families, as well as adolescents and young adults experiencing suicidality and self-harm. I completed a one year, post-graduate training program at The Relational Center in Los Angeles. I earned my associate hours working with community members experiencing homelessness, severe and persistent mental health conditions, and addictions throughout Los Angeles, CA and in a group private practice in Northeast LA. Currently, I am in independent private practice in person and virtually, in Los Angeles, CA.
