About Me

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I'm a queer, mixed, neurodivergent woman dedicated to providing LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming trauma therapy. I weave together training in EMDR, parts work/IFS, and relational psychodynamic therapy to offer care that creates deep shifts from within. Sessions together are guided by warmth, collaboration, and creativity. Colleagues have described my approach as gentle yet direct. My intention is to cultivate trusting relationships with my clients that lead to embodied growth and change.

Education & Experience

I hold a Master's of Social Work from Columbia University where I completed internship hours working alongside young children and their families in the New York City public school system, as well as adolescents and young adults experiencing emotional dysregulation, suicidality, and self-harm at a comprehensive DBT clinic in Orange County, CA. I completed a one year, post-graduate training program in community mental health at The Relational Center in Los Angeles, CA. I earned my pre-licensed associate hours working with adult community members experiencing homelessness, incarceration, severe and persistent mental health conditions, and addictions through the Alcott Center for Mental Health in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to starting my independent private practice, I worked at a private group therapy practice in Northeast Los Angeles, collaborating with young adults and adults.
