About Me
I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, especially those who haven’t had much success with other therapeutic modalities. I foster a collaborative and safe environment to help you work through the things that are troubling you. I am known for my empathetic and non-judgmental approach. I recognize that each individual's journey is unique and I tailor therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. I am trained in using a wide range of evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, ART, DBT, CBT, IFS, and psychodynamic therapy and together, we select relevant techniques for each client. I foster a warm and comfortable atmosphere where clients feel understood, heard, and respected.
