About Me
I help clients address the root causes of their struggles, guiding them toward healing in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. My approach emphasizes connection—with me and the various parts of oneself—embracing the idea of "growing through what you've been through." I view individuals as the sum of their parts, believing that when one part suffers, the whole person is affected. This holistic perspective encompasses mind, body, spirit, and extends to relationships, spirituality, and other systems.
Education & Experience
I have a deep love of learning, which has shaped my professional journey. I earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University. My commitment to growth and holistic healing led me to pursue additional training in psychedelic-assisted therapy, focusing on preparation and integration. I am also a certified yoga instructor and provide sound healing using crystal singing bowls, all through a trauma-informed lens to support meaningful transformation and connection.
