About Me

Being a therapist has been a calling for me, and I have a deep love and passion for the work. This profession has allowed me to join with my clients in their healing journeys as they release burdens and grow into lives that fully embody who they really are. My therapeutic experience and expertise include trauma recovery, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, and struggles in relationships. I specialize in EMDR and Internal Family Systems therapy, and I am also a certified Reiki Master. My work as a therapist has included time in community mental health agencies, courthouses, street outreach, social enterprises, research projects, and community empowerment programs.
