About Me
I help high-functioning adults who feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode. Often after years of navigating complex trauma, anxiety, or relational wounds. My clients are insightful and resilient, but they’ve carried too much for too long. They’re ready to stop performing and start healing. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and deeply attuned to each client’s nervous system and emotional landscape. I integrate EMDR, parts work, and somatic awareness to support healing that goes beyond symptom relief. You won’t be asked to relive trauma in detail or justify your pain. Instead, we’ll work gently and strategically to untangle what’s been holding you back, so you can reconnect with your body, your boundaries, and your sense of self. Whether you’re processing childhood trauma, navigating dissociation, or learning to feel safe in relationships, I’ll meet you with warmth, nuance, and respect for your autonomy. Therapy with me is a space to exhale, recalibrate, and move toward a life that feels emotionally secure and authentically yours. I provide virtual therapy across California and welcome clients of all backgrounds, especially those who’ve felt unseen or misunderstood in past therapeutic spaces. If you’re ready to shift from surviving to healing, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Education & Experience
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDR Certified clinician with a background in trauma-informed care, complex relational trauma, intimate partner violence, and dissociation. My clinical experience spans private practice and community-based settings, where I’ve supported teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and the long-term impact of childhood and relational trauma.
