As a licensed clinical social worker, I help turn life’s hardest moments into opportunities for growth and connection. Integrating EMDR, Gottman, and EFT, I support individuals, couples, and underserved populations in transforming shame, self-doubt, and emotional pain into self-acceptance and freedom.
Education & Experience
Master of Social Work (MSW) with clinical training in trauma-informed care, evidence-based modalities, and culturally responsive practice. Experienced in providing individual and couples therapy for clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Background includes clinical roles in inpatient and outpatient settings, utilization review, and case management. Skilled in diagnostic assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning within multidisciplinary teams. Trained and experienced in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method, practicing in accordance with the NASW Code of Ethics and grounded in evidence-based, client-centered care.
