About Me
As a mental health professional in rural Montana, I've committed my career to offering trauma-engaged therapy to Montana residents. My strengths are in developing authentic and empathetic connections that serve as a foundation for trauma processing work. I strive to make my services accessible to all by accepting all insurances, offering a sliding fee scale, and providing therapy virtually as well as from my office in Polson.
Education & Experience
I have over 9 years of experience in the mental healthcare profession in numerous capacities. I received both of my degrees from the University of Montana. Anthropology in 2012 and a Master's of Social Work in 2016. My clinical practice has been heavily informed by EMDR since 2019.
