(He/Him)

About Me

I am a trauma-focused psychotherapist with EMDRIA-approved foundational training and extensive clinical experience in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My practice integrates EMDR with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to support deep healing, values-based growth, and sustained recovery. I completed advanced level Step 1 training in IFS-informed EMDR through the Syzygy Institute, and bring a somatically attuned, parts-aware lens to all phases of EMDR treatment. I specialize in working with PTSD, complex trauma, moral injury, grief, and co-occurring addiction, particularly among Veterans, military service members, LGBTQIA+ folx, and those navigating identity-based pain or systemic harm. I view EMDR through a lens that honors the unifying intersection between the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model and the IFS concept of Self-leadership. Both frameworks center the belief that healing occurs when we access the mind’s innate capacity to process and integrate what has been unresolved—whether through adaptive memory networks (AIP) or through the compassionate presence of Self-energy. My approach helps clients resolve trauma while also restoring connection to their inner healing intelligence. My work is grounded in compassion, clarity, and respect. I offer an open-ended, inclusive, and integrative environment where healing is not just about symptom reduction—but a return to presence, meaning, and transformation.
