About Me

I am a Registered Social Worker with 12 years of practice experience. I welcome people with a wide range of mental health and substance use issues. Grounded in a client-centered, recovery-oriented, and trauma-informed approach, I strive to engage people in a journey of self-awareness and reflective action to improve their quality of life. My intention is to provide a gentle, respectful, and compassionate presence in which nurturing, healing, and recovery may unfold.

I also work as a Sessional Instructor at University of Toronto, Trent University, and University of Windsor. My certification includes an EMDR Basic Training Certificate and a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Certificate.
