About Me
Authenticity. Intention. Connection. Integrity. These are foundational principles that I cultivate in my therapy practice. Drawing from my background in Transpersonal Psychology, I believe in the interconnectedness of all things, and see the basic goodness in every being. I utilize a social justice perspective, and a gentle, organic, holistic, and strengths-based approach to mental health recovery. I work to support you in cultivating perspective shifts, behavior change, and empowerment. I specialize in EMDR to treat a multitude of mental health concerns. I also utilize somatic modalities and mindfulness techniques, as well as aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My work hours are Monday-Thursday, 11:00am-5:00pm. I will join you in your exploration of expansion with an open and collaborative approach. I bring my passion, strength, adaptability, non-judgment, and humor to all my sessions. It takes enormous courage to look inside ourselves and take the first step towards growth. I acknowledge your fortitude, and would be honored to walk alongside you on this journey!
