About Me
Life is full of challenges! And while we work through and overcome many obstacles that come our way, there are times when we feel too overwhelmed to manage them on our own. Challenges can take many forms, whether as regular self-criticism, fear, depression, shame, obsessional thinking, processing a loss, conflict with someone important in our lives, or surviving abuse. These forms of suffering deserve kindness, understanding, and support. The right guidance can help us move through and decrease these symptoms so we can feel greater contentment and connection. I specialize in treating trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and grief. I create a warm, safe and collaborative environment and tailor treatment to your needs. I love being a therapist and am continuously honored to help clients process and heal. My practice is fully virtual and I can see clients who live anywhere in New York State. Email me today for a free consultation.
