About Me
I believe everyone is deserving of support in their pursuit of wellness. I am here to assist you in your efforts toward meaningful change–whether that entails processing traumatic experiences, managing depression and anxiety, or you’re simply ready to take life in a new direction. I recognize that no two individuals are the same and will customize our sessions to address your unique needs. I have a curious mindset and welcome any complexities you may bring with you to therapy. I specialize in the treatment of trauma. If you are seeking therapy with the goal of moving beyond your past, I can help. You may find yourself responding in the same ways to the same triggers despite your best efforts to change. Together, we will gain insight into these patterns and develop a plan to create lasting improvements in your life. I work with individuals ages 17 and older. I offer in-person and virtual sessions, with a preference for in-person therapy whenever possible. I am collaborative in my approach and strive to be direct in my communication. I enjoy working with individuals who are inquisitive about their inner experience and have a willingness to explore how their past impacts their present. I find the most success working with people who are open to interventions that go beyond traditional talk therapy alone.
