Sarah Eilertson, LPC, NCC, CETP
(She/Her)
About Me
Sarah has worked in the field for the last 12 years and gained expertise in working with those that have experienced trauma and dissociation. She has been trained in various trauma informed therapies including: Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). She is currently working on her skills in neurofeedback, other body based therapies, and certification in EMDR that help in sensory integration and trauma resolution. Sarah believes that providers can only take those they work with as far as they have gone both professionally and personally. For this reason, she is always growing and learning new things which she can bring back to the mental health field. Mental health is a personal journey where trust, empowerment, and intentional guidance can lead to transformation with collaboration from all sides. Along with her experience in working in the mental health field, she is a supervisor (LPC only) with the LPC Board of Oregon. Sarah has always been passionate about serving the mental health field and she is dedicated to growing the knowledge/expertise for other providers who are excited about the trauma field.
