About Me
Hello, my name is Sarah and I provide counseling services to Illinois and Florida patients. I specialize in treating adults, men's concerns, and work-related trauma (i.e. first responders, military, and other career trauma). I will also treat adult clients (civilians) affected by acute stress, trauma, anger, anxiety, panic, and depression. Insurances: BCBS and Cigna PPOs or self-pay, discounts available.
Education & Experience
I completed my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Lewis University in Illinois. I have worked full-time since 2003 as a mental health professional in social services, the department of corrections, residential facilities, and have been in private practice since 2007: The Self-Care Path, LLC.

In Illinois, I am a licensed clinical professional counselor. In Florida, I am a licensed mental health counselor. I completed my EMDR training with EMDRIA. I am a RYT (registered yoga teacher).
