About Me

I love working with folks who are feeling stuck, struggling in relationships, feeling hurt or let down by others. Many of us have been impacted by generations of unaddressed mental health, addictions, abuse, poverty, or other struggles. The state of the world can be completely overwhelming. There is so much that can be done to reduce the grip of those experiences. I believe so strongly in the transformation that is possible with therapy. We can work together so you can feel more content with yourself, feel better in your relationships, and be able to manage the challenges that come with living in the world today. It can be overwhelming or scary when you suddenly reach the point of realizing help is needed. Or maybe you even feel a little excited now that you have committed to yourself. Seizing the moment is important, but so is finding a good fit to make it worth your time and money. There is so much we can do together to help you feel better. Let’s connect.
