About Me

“I never had time for emotions/feelings. Life has taught me to stuff them down and not deal with them." “I’ve never had time for myself. Most of my life is spent on the needs and wishes of other people.” "I've experienced so much trauma in my life, and it scares me to think about what the healing process will be like." Do any of these statements resonate with you? I have interacted with many clients over the years who have all said something similar to the statements above. All of these persons share in common that life in some way has taught them their true selves and experiences do not matter, and/or healing is not possible. It is to these statements and beliefs that I say, it is NEVER too late to feel, heal, and/or find the empowerment to be your authentic self! Throughout the therapy process, I value empowering the client to identify and work through their own goals while respecting each person's background and identities. Clients would describe me as compassionate, not afraid to dig deep or challenge, and fully dedicated to support your empowered healing process. If you are ready to take the vulnerable and brave step towards healing and discovering your authentic self, then I am excited to help you start your journey!
