About Me
As humans, we experience life and relationships within our bodies. We are more than just talking heads. Experiences can cause us to disconnect from our bodies and have a more cerebral experience. We miss out on so many signals from our system when we lose connection to our bodies. This can also impact the way we connect and relate to others. Utilizing a somatic and nervous system approach, we can work to attune to our needs and foster connection to self and others. We are more than just minds and we can experience the world fully when we connect with ourselves.
