About Me
I use Attachment-Focused and Trauma Informed EMDR to help clients move stored trauma out of their mind and body. I have been educated extensively in EMDR and trained since 2012. I especially focus on complex PTSD and chronic childhood trauma and the resulting somatic and emotional issues that can follow. I have perinatal mental health training and especially enjoy helping parents heal their own trauma so that they can be fully present and available to their own children.
