About Me
I help individuals and their families to develop a stronger sense of connection and confidence within themselves and with one another. We can work together to help you develop greater awareness of your thoughts, feelings and beliefs, and connect with your body. EMDR can help you move through any limiting thoughts and sensations and forward in your life with more ease. I have more than 8 years of experience supporting children, teens, parents and families through transitions, trauma, grief and loss using a clinical lens grounded in attachment theory. I specialize in helping people navigate through the uncertainty of a cancer diagnosis, chronic illness, traumatic experience, loss or death in the family.
