About Me
I believe you deserve healing, you deserve connection, and you deserve to thrive. I am grounded in person-centered and feminist therapy, and I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with additional specialization in perinatal, infant, and early childhood mental health.
I hope to help create a healthier world where supportive relationships counteract adverse experiences of life. I endeavor to meet health and wellness needs through a coalescing ecological bio psychosocial model of practice to create a world in which we all can thrive in collective harmony.
I promote safe and brave healing spaces; all are welcome here.
I bring years of experience and specialty care in trauma, perinatal support, as well as anxiety, depression, and many other issues. I use regenerative healing centered approaches to help you realize the potential of your health and wellness. Collaboration and reciprocity in our professional relationship is important to me.
I believe when you choose to invest in your healing, you help to heal yourself and the world around you. I believe you have the power to transform adversity into who you are for good in this world, and we have the ability to help transform our world into a place of health and vitality for future generations.
I am dedicated to helping you heal and believe it is an honor to journey with you. You deserve healing, and the time for healing is now.
