About Me
I am Sarvenaz (Sahr-vay-nawz) M. Asiedu, LMHC (she/they), an integrative therapist dedicated to holistic, trauma-informed healing. My practice, Deeprogramming®, is built on the conviction that healing must honor the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—within the context of our collective histories and social systems.I facilitate sessions that blend evidence-based modalities with expressive arts to support clients in developing insight and solidifying their healing from depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, abuse, and addiction. My approach interweaves traditional talk therapy (CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic) with EMDR, Drama Therapy, creative writing, art-making, and meditation. I am also trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I am deeply committed to a gender-affirming, multicultural, and decolonizing framework in all my work. For more, please visit my website: deeprogramming.com

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
My practice is rooted in a profound commitment to social justice and intersectional healing. I hold space for individuals impacted by systemic oppression, including racism, colonialism, gender inequality, and LGBTQIA+ discrimination. As a therapist, I actively acknowledge and work to dismantle these systems within the therapeutic context and beyond.I am dedicated to a trauma-informed approach that validates experiences of psychiatric, medical, and complex trauma. This commitment extends to advocating for environmental justice, bodily autonomy, and international solidarity. My professional ethos is guided by the principle that acknowledging our interconnected struggles strengthens our collective capacity for healing and liberation.
