About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), providing telehealth therapy to clients throughout Arizona. I've been practicing for over 16 years, and have experience working with children, adults, and groups in community settings. I currently work with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, adjustments, trauma, and general overwhelm. My approach is warm, integrative, and trauma-informed. I offer Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy to help my clients' nervous systems feel at ease and regulated. I also integrate internal parts work, as well as additional modalities and interventions to help explore strengths, barriers, and the needs of each client. You can expect to feel safe and fully seen in your sessions. I provide a personalized plan to meet your needs and goals, while building on strengths and resources, so that we can work together, at your pace, to directly target what is keeping you stuck.
