About Me

I became a therapist to help make sense of life and the struggles and challenges we all face. I wanted to make a difference in the lives of others so that they did not feel alone in facing stress, trauma, and hurts. I believe therapy is for everyone and people deserve spaces where they can feel safe, heard, and understood. I specialize in working with individuals navigating the lingering impact of childhood trauma, emotional neglect, attachment wounds, medical trauma, and prolonged chronic stress. Together, we create a space to explore the deeper roots of your pain with patience, warmth, and curiosity. I enjoy helping clients reconnect with parts of themselves, guide them in processing trauma, build internal safety, and reclaim their inner power. I offer an integrative and trauma-informed approach to therapy, grounded in EMDR, ego states/parts work, and inner child healing. We work together to create space for healing to allow your truest self to emerge. I honor your pace and adapt to your needs. You may find our sessions include reflection, compassionate humor, gentle challenges, and body-based awareness. My goal is to help you feel safe enough to explore, supported enough to grow, and empowered enough to reclaim your voice. If you're ready to explore your next chapter, email me to schedule a consultation. When I'm not providing therapy, I enjoy spending time with my husband and pets, watching anything true crime or thriller related, and reading. I also love cheering for my Memphis Tigers and Las Vegas Raiders!
