About Me
You haven’t had it easy. The chaos you experienced from trauma and abuse is now over, but you can’t remember the last time you felt like yourself. You try to get over the past, but before you know it you're reminded of what happened all over again. Anxious and on edge, you do everything you can to help yourself feel okay, but nothing seems to last. You want to feel more in control of your feelings. You want to feel like you can trust yourself and be able to have good relationships. You want to actually believe that you're good enough. I'm here to help.
Education & Experience
My journey began with a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Kent State University, where I gained extensive knowledge about issues related to individuals and relationships across the lifespan. In 2015, I obtained a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I moved on to working with a variety of needs in communities, schools, and online. With this experience I was able to translate my knowledge into actionable interventions that have been helping my clients transform their lives.
