About Me

Healing is possible, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. You already have the capacity to heal—it’s part of being human. EMDR can help you reconnect with that inner strength and support the natural process of recovery and growth. I offer EMDR therapy through telehealth for adults anywhere in Massachusetts. I work best with people who are dealing with anxiety, chronic stress, or big life changes and want to move from just managing things to truly healing. I’ve been a therapist since 2008 and have run my own practice since 2010. I also provide care through Mass General Brigham, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital. My work brings together compassion, clinical skill, and a deep respect for each person’s unique path toward healing. You can learn more about how I work and what to expect in therapy by visiting the FAQ section of my website www.manningpsychotherapy.com
