About Me
"Often when you think you're at the end of something, you're at the beginning of something else." ~Fred Rogers. Fred Rogers is my hero. I believe strongly in being with someone and meeting them exactly where they are. I love EMDR because it's a science based modality that allows us to utilize the expansive nature of the human nervous system to heal so that we can have life congruent to our true, expansive self. This is why I named my practice Wild Souls Therapy, because I believe in facilitating healing to help folks reclaim beautiful, natural, wild self. Life has a way of dysregulating and decalibrating our nervous system, taking us away from ourselves. EMDR is one of the tools I utilize to recalibrate, unblock limiting beliefs, and facilitate a return to home within
