About Me

"Often when you think you're at the end of something, you're at the beginning of something else." ~Fred Rogers. Fred Rogers is my hero. I believe strongly in being with someone and meeting them exactly where they are. I love EMDR because it's a science based modality that allows us to utilize the expansive nature of the human nervous system to heal so that we can have more lives more congruent to our true, full expansion and expressive self. This is why I named my practice Wild Souls Therapy, because I believe in facilitating healing to help folks reclaim their true, wild, full natured self. EMDR is one of the tools I utilize to facilitate and walk along side someone's healing.
