About Me

Sheila is a Licensed Professional Counselor that specializes in trauma/crisis work such as domestic and sexual violence while utilizing a person centered approach in conjunction with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Psycho-education. She received her Master in Science and a certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Sheila has been working with individuals and groups since 2014; specializing in adults 18+. She provides counseling services in both English and Spanish. As of November 2019, Sheila received her Approved Clinical Supervisor certification.
