About Me

I am a licensed professional counselor with 9 years of experience working with adults and trauma. Through out these years my clients have taught me the importance of seeing them as a whole human; not just their symptoms/ presenting issues. My training has taught me to view my client's symptoms/ presenting issues as an "Answer to" childhood attachment longings. My goal is to provide you the opportunity to start to do what is underdeveloped; which is allowing Your True Authentic Self to shine! With the client's I have the privilege of working with this is often the goal they did not know they longed for. My specialties is being certified in the S.A.F.E Approach to Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). The S.A.F.E approach to EMDR is a nonviolent approach to EMDR that uses Attachment Theory and Somatic Processing to address childhood attachment longings and/ or significantly distressing memories.
