About Me

I believe there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to therapy because every person is unique with diverse needs. Whether we're working together to address trauma, relational conflict, spirituality or everything in between, I approach therapy through a holistic process that encompasses my client’s whole self. I collaborate with you to tailor therapy towards your specific needs and goals. Through utilizing EMDR and CBT therapy, I have been able to help my clients develop confidence, healing, clarity, and purpose while equipping them the skills to to face their challenges and flourish.
