About Me
Sheila is a psychotherapist that has been working with adults to help them heal from trauma, both past and present. She has been working with clients since 2015 and has been using EMDR in her work with clients since 2019. She utilizes LENS Neurofeedback in conjunction with EMDR to provide lasting results. Sheila is dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey of growth and self-discovery. With a nurturing and insightful approach, she cultivates an environment where clients feel safe to open up while confronting life's challenges. Her goal is to help each person uncover their worth, develop self-compassion, and shift from surviving to thriving.
