I’m Sheila Trabelsi, LPC, and the founder of Path to Growth Therapy. I provide virtual EMDR therapy, extended sessions, adjunct therapy, and intensives for well-resourced high achievers across Colorado and Washington State who seem to have it all but are feeling stuck, unlike themselves, or as if something is missing in their life or relationships.
