About Me
Using EMDR and EFT Tapping along with Acceptance and Committment Therapy as my primary healing modalities, I have seen people make profound and lasting shifts in their lives and often more rapidly than with talk therapy alone. I meet clients where they are in their emotional and spiritual development and offer a safe environment and partnership for growth and change. I focus primarily on my client's strengths, helping them to move beyond their past to create a present and future that draws on their innate gifts. I believe with a clear vision and with skills and support, clients can fashion the life and relationships they desire.Having been in the mental health field for over 30 years, I am certain there is a path of healing for those who want to change their lives. I'd be honored to walk that path with you.
