Anxiety, depression, grief, & chronic pain are experienced by many people. We know that continual stress negatively impacts our health, families, relationships, & jobs. Counseling can help you release the hurt, anger, pain, & sorrow to reveal the amazing you that has been hidden beneath the emotional turmoil. Integrative & non-pharmaceutical interventions, including learning new coping skills, supports you in finding the path to the person you want to be. Counseling is a journey well worth taking, offering gifts in the process, often including revitalizing new meaning & purpose in your life. Traumas, experienced individually or inherited through families are often the root cause of addiction, anger, depression, pain, sadness & worry. In therapy, I provide an Integrative Therapy Approach tailored to my client's individual needs & goals, in a safe, nurturing environment. Everyone deserves to feel happy, joyous, and free!
