About Me
I specialize in neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ affirming EMDR, eating disorders, complex trauma, OCD and chronic illness. Most of my clients are autistic individuals and/or ADHDers. I use standard protocol EMDR and also a variety of EMDR interventions, protocols and techniques, including for complex trauma, anticipatory anxiety and for recent/ongoing traumatic events) integrating somatic experiencing, IFS informed parts work and ego state therapy approaches based on each client's needs. I offer EMDR intensives, adjunctive short term EMDR and EMDR as part of individual therapy for children, adolescents and adults. I also enjoy regularly providing EMDR consultations for clinicians and supporting them with adapting EMDR beyond the standard protocol for their cases.
