I work with adults ages 18+ struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, life transitions, chronic health conditions, and relational challenges. As a psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience, I use a warm, empathic and person-centered approach. I will help you access your strengths, develop effective strategies for coping with distress, and identify manageable steps to achieve your desired outcomes.
Education & Experience
I graduated with a Master’s degree in clinical social work from Yeshiva University, Wurzweiler School of Social Work in 2001. I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I am certified in using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat trauma.
