About Me
As a licensed psychotherapist for over 20 years, I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse people striving to live their best life. I am warm and supportive and we focus on developing new patterns of thought and behavior to help you feel better. I have specialized training to treat trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Education & Experience
I graduated with a Master’s degree in clinical social work from Yeshiva University, Wurzweiler School of Social Work in 2001. I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I have completed specialized training to treat trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I am a board-certified clinical supervisor and provide individual and group supervision to other mental health providers.
