About Me

I specialize in helping people create better relationships and clear obstacles to those relationships. The feedback I get from clients is that I’m direct and actively engaged in healing from stressful or traumatic events, in an environment that is comfortable even for people new to therapy.

Education & Experience

I received my psychotherapy degree from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California and received further training in EMDR from one of the country’s leading EMDR programs — Sonoma Psychotherapy Training Institute. I am also a certified practitioner of trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I graduated cum laude from the honors program at University of Southern California where I was a National Merit Scholar and a Trustee Scholar.
