About Me
Sometimes we need help, either in big ways or little ways. I’ll provide a judgment free zone for you to feel like you are talking with an old friend. I tailor each session to you and your needs, whether that be with humor, art, music, etc. I have experience working with adults, children, families, and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, medical issues, family issues, marital conflict, attachment, and trauma. I combine experiential, structural, and cognitive behavioral models in conjunction with evidence-based practices to best treat my clients. I am passionate about providing a safe and supportive environment in which people can work toward achieving their full potential and living their best lives.
