About Me EMDR Psychotherapist with interest and expertise in working with people healing from complex trauma, panic, anxiety. Also decades of experience working with children and teens and interest in helping young adults, children who need EMDR to recover from PTSD, single event based trauma. EMDR Consultant with additional expertise in EMDR with children and teens, complex trauma, integration of EMDR with creative arts and understanding of interpersonal neurobiology.

Thirty years of experience providing psychotherapy and clinical supervision; Specialized training and expertise in serving adults with anxiety and complex ptsd, training in complex trauma, dissociation, mind-body approaches to helping people heal from traumatic experiences. Also have expertise in child and adolescent therapy and parenting support; trained in stress management and coaching; additional training and experience teaching trauma focused therapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy, body oriented approaches using sensory interventions; experienced trainer in Sanctuary Model, Risking Connections, play therapy approaches for complex trauma, mindfulness techniques for teens; certified in level one of Dr. Bruce Perry's neurosequential model of therapeutics, certified as SMART trainer, Stress Management and Resiliency Training.
