Thirty years of experience providing psychotherapy and clinical supervision; Specialized training and expertise in serving adults with anxiety and complex ptsd, training in complex trauma, dissociation, mind-body approaches to helping people heal from traumatic experiences. Also have expertise in child and adolescent therapy and parenting support; trained in stress management and coaching; additional training and experience teaching trauma focused therapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy, body oriented approaches using sensory interventions; experienced trainer in Sanctuary Model, Risking Connections, play therapy approaches for complex trauma, mindfulness techniques for teens; certified in level one of Dr. Bruce Perry's neurosequential model of therapeutics, certified as SMART trainer, Stress Management and Resiliency Training.
