About Me
I am a person-centered therapist who believes that YOU are the expert of your life. I act as a guide to assist you in reaching the best possible you. I would describe myself as a genuine, authentic, and open-minded clinician. I take a person-centered approach and will use interventions such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc. to best fit the presenting concerns. My goal is to empower every single one of my clients, in order for them to reach new heights in their mental health journey. I work with clients from all backgrounds. I work with adolescents and adults. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, substance use, etc. I work with everyone from all walks of life. I offer Telehealth services. I am available to take weekend clients as well! I understand that seeking services maybe scary and I will be here every step of the way. As a person centered clinician, I see you as an individual, not as a diagnosis. I see you, I hear you, and I believe you. Together we will challenge unhelpful thoughts, identify what is no longer serving you, and create positive change.
