About Me

I believe that relationships can be healing, and I am committed to building the type of trusting relationships that are needed to allow for therapeutic work to deepen over time. I am passionate about creating a supportive and comfortable environment that allows you to explore different parts of yourself. With curiosity and care, we work together to learn more about who you are and what is important to you, so that you feel more secure and connected to yourself in the present, enabling movement toward a future that feels more intentional and free. My work with all clients, including refugees and survivors of intimate partner/gender based violence, has taught me about the power of therapeutic relationships and our astounding capacity to heal once a felt sense of safety and our trust in others is recovered. Through a range of therapeutic interventions, I have worked individually with people across the lifespan, from infants to elders. One of my areas of specialization is providing sensitive and affirming care to queer adults.
