About Me

I am an experienced OON provider licensed in NY & NJ seeing individuals, couples & families via Telehealth and in-person in Montclair NJ. In addition to my extensive experience and training in marriage & family therapy (structural family therapy including couples incorporating EFT, attachment based interventions and discernment counseling), I am psychodynamically trained, EMDR trained, Hypnotherapy Certified and have worked extensively with individuals, couples & families managing life transitions (divorce, retirement, grief/loss, life/work balance, relationship struggles), addressing awareness of sexuality, gender affirmation/exploration, as well as depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, health diagnosis, and behavioral challenges. As a classically trained professional musician and singer/songwriter I work frequently with individuals in the arts.
