About Me
I specialize in working with people who have diabetes and young adults. I focus on wellness and healing at the root cause of a concern. I also have special training in attachment focused trauma therapy (AFTT-A), integrating the mind-body connection, and mindfulness into therapy at a deeper level and can find creative ways to work mindfulness into your busy schedule. There is hope for healing and skills to manage your life and find wellness. Therapy is a collaborative process where you can heal, explore, grow and change in a non-judgmental environment. Together we can find coping skills that work for your life and get on track with taking care of yourself even when you don't feel like it. I offer virtual appointments and also have two locations: Charleston, and Mount Pleasant. Visit my website to learn more and together we can find ways to manage your diabetes and your life, instead of letting it manage you!
