About Me
I have completed EMDR training and certification. I am currently a consultant-in-training. I am passionate about the healing that EMDR can facilitate for many, whether addressing single trauma events or complex. I have personally and professionally worked toward further education in EMDR since my internship in 20002.I am grateful to be certified in EMDR, with the goal of full consultant in the next year.
Education & Experience
I completed my BSW from Hope College in 1995, My MSW from Western Michigan University in 2003. I have worked for 28 years in counseling, hospice and private practice settings. I work with teens to adults, focusing on depression and anxiety, complex bereavement and trauma.
