About Me

For several years I have been working with clients to address self-esteem, depression, anxiety, addictions, relationships, job problems, loss and trauma. It is rewarding for me to provide hope that distress in these areas can be alleviated. I use interventions associated with the ability to change the brain, such that can alter brain pathways and networks to help treat trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. My passion is assisting clients to reach their goals. In my practice I have noticed EMDR reduce symptoms. When using EMDR (tapping) I find change occurs rapidly and my clients are hopeful about moving forward. Clients are able to effectively manage symptoms and make decisions that benefit themselves and those they love. Through my study of neuroscience, I’ve learned the nervous system can help heal clients. Considering the mind, brain, and body are all connected and influence one another, powerful change can occur during the therapeutic process. The brain is developed in a way with the potential for change in various ways, promoting healthy recovery in the brains for those experiencing trauma, anxiety, addiction, and depression. Each session is an opportunity to change and grow.
