EMDRIA Certified Therapist™

Online Therapy

About Me

My hope is to develop a healing space in which you find the freedom to develop insight into why you feel the way you do right now, and why you may be using certain behaviors to cope. From there, we will explore new ways to cope that are connected to your underlying needs and goals. I use an eclectic approach tailored to your individual needs. I am EMDR certified (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and have training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and IFS (Internal Family Systems). I am happy to discuss more about these approaches in a free 15 minute consultation! I use a strengths-based approach and an anti-oppressive framework throughout my work. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, and have experience working in the field of substance use and community mental health. I firmly believe that you have within you everything you need to succeed in reaching your goals, and together we will find it!

Education & Experience

I graduated with a master's degree in social work from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019, where I focused my studies on trauma and addiction. During my graduate education I completed internships at an inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility and a community mental health clinic in Delaware county. So far in my career I have worked as an outpatient therapist at a community health clinic in Sharon Hill, PA, and a group practice in Bryn Mawr, PA. While working at the group practice, I met with clients in the West Chester, Philadelphia, and Bryn Mawr offices. I opened my own private practice Calm Pathway, LLC in 2022 to better serve the community by offering both online and in-person therapy options for adults and teens navigating trauma, grief, and intense emotions.
