About Me

Are you feeling stuck or struggling to find balance or direction in your life? Are you struggling with current stressors and triggers that could be rooted in past unresolved trauma? Do you wish you or your adolescent or young adult child were able to handle stress/moods more effectively? Are past/present issues currently interfering with a positive sense of well-being? My passion is working with children, teens, young adults, and adults, empowering them to "work through" various challenges in a warm, safe, confidential therapeutic space. I use an individualized, eclectic approach to include: EMDR, EMDR Intensives, integrated EMDR & Play Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 1 Trained), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy & Expressive Arts (as a Registered Play Therapist), CBT, and other modalities to address anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD & CPTSD), women's & men's issues, neurodiversity, giftedness, parenting, relationship issues, grief/loss, etc. I also provide individual/group LCSW supervision and individual/group EMDR consultation for EMDR Basic Training graduates working towards certification.
