About Me

I work both in a school based setting as well as my own private practice. My passion is working with children, youth, teens and young adults to form a safe and secure connection and help them overcome struggles caused by Attachment ruptures, developmental trauma and relational trauma. I work with kids struggling with Anxiety, depression, behavior struggles among other symptoms. We will work together to using EMDR, attachment-based therapy, polyvagal and somatic interventions to find ways of coping with past trauma that are less destructive and disruptive to your present life. I'm here to partner with you and support you while you lead this journey to healing.
