About Me
Resilient Minds Counseling is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their grief and trauma experiences. Our approach is client-centered, empowering the client to navigate their healing at their own pace. Our grief practices provide an interactive and compassionate way to maintain continued bonds while fostering healing, resilience, and personal transformation. Our trauma practice involves looking at attachment, adaptive coping, coping skills, boundaries, and resilience. The goal of EMDR therapy is to offer a place to process all emotions without feeling rushed, misunderstood, or isolated. Resilient Minds Counseling recognizes that grief and trauma are often stored in a region of the brain that lacks verbal access. Resilient Minds Counseling believes that EMDR is a transformative modality that places the client in control of their journey. EMDR is non-invasive, structured yet flexible, and can help address the emotional wounds that are often associated with grief & trauma. Resilient Minds Counseling can support clients via telehealth in Texas, and telehealth & (limited) in person in Colorado.
